BIC invited hundreds of employees to celebrate the year’s achievements and plan for a prosperous future. Guests from all over Brazil went to an all-expenses-paid resort to connect with the other employees, attend lectures, and celebrate with dinners and shows. In addition to receiving gifts and products, guests had access to an app to post photos, choose party music, check the agenda, and rate the event.
